• Establish detailed Sign Conversion schedule highlighting all activities from survey and design to manufacturing and installation.
• Survey all locations required.
• Check all permit and property owner requirements
• Put together design packages for each location
• Provide proposals for each location/conversion program.
• Submit permit applications, including engineering as required.
• With proper approvals, implement the manufacturing and installation phase.
